iSentric, the Malaysian banking technology subsidiary of Ovanti Limited (ASX: OVT), has signed two non-binding Memoranda of Understanding: one with EthSystems, and one with TEIZA together with Ovanti.

EthSystems was founded in July 2026 by former leaders of the Ethereum Foundation's Institutional Privacy Task Force. It builds confidential transfers, private bonds and confidential settlement so regulated institutions can transact on Ethereum while meeting disclosure obligations. TEIZA is a Malaysia-based sovereign blockchain infrastructure provider; that MoU was signed at EVM Institutional Day.

Under both MoUs, the parties will explore non-exclusive cooperation that pairs each partner's technology with iSentric's banking-distribution network in Southeast Asia. Areas under evaluation include referral and resale, joint market development, technical integration and co-hosted ecosystem events.

For DEOSX clients, the cooperation could add privacy-preserving settlement on Ethereum and sovereign infrastructure for tokenisation, stablecoin and CBDC management.
